Play episode8 min · MP3 12 MB

This is a more exciting version of your average hummus sandwich, so you’ll look forward to a scrummy lunch at work.

Method

0 of 3 steps

Slice the bread (if using unsliced bread) and spread with margarine.
Spread half the hummus on to one of the slices of bread, drizzle chilli sauce on top of this and arrange cucumber or tomato on top of this. Sprinkle chopped coriander on top, along with capers and black pepper. Spread the remaining hummus on the other slice of bread and spread it out, then place this on top of the filling on the first slice, to close the sandwich.
Slice it in two, wrap it up or put it in a tupperware and take to work.

Lovely. Time to eat!
